2. Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am to 6.30pm

Basic up to $2600 + AWS + VBAdecco is partnering with one of the largest logistics company which provides one-stop business solutions by integrating different modes of transport throughout the world. They are looking for an Admin officer/Senior Officer to join their team in the Ocean Freight department. You will be assisting with the shipping documents and handling customers\' enquiries.The Job:
- Communicating with customers, shipping lines, trucking team etc to ensure smooth delivery
- Prepare shipping documents and handle export documentation
- Perform general shipping functions
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ocean freight
- Knowledge of freight forwarding, import and export procedure
- Good communication skills
