Join our well-loved spa in Holland Village, where we have been dedicated to wellness and building genuine relationships with our clients for over 17 years. We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Officer to be the welcoming face and voice of our spa.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the first point of contact, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service to all our clients. Manage all customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care. Schedule and confirm spa appointments efficiently. Expertly explain our treatment menu, packages, and ongoing promotions. Provide personalised treatment recommendations to suit individual client needs. Enhance the customer experience by gently upselling additional services or products, focusing on value rather than hard-selling. Optimise the therapists' schedule to maximise bookings and minimise gaps or downtime. Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including administrative tasks and ensuring the reception area is immaculate.

Who We Are Looking For:

Minimum PSLE / N/O Levels or an ITE Higher Nitec qualification. 1 year of experience in customer service is an advantage; experience in the beauty/spa industry is a plus.

Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. A genuine passion for the service industry. Well-groomed with a positive, cheerful, and patient personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong service-oriented attitude. Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with our diverse clientele. Able to work 5 days a week, including weekends, according to the spa's operating hours.
