Job Description

Work Location:

West (transport provided from Choa Chu Kang MRT & Joo Koon MRT)





Responsibilities:



Provide customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on follow-ups and tracking customer interactions. Collect customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input to the team for improvements and marketing strategies. Work closely with colleagues in marketing, sales, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a Supply Chain / Logistics environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
