Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited (ALSg), the largest and leading industrial gas company in South-east Asia, employs 800 people recognized for their high level of expertise to provide gases, equipment, services and packaged solutions to support the requirements of the Singapore manufacturing industry.

As a Customer Service Solutions Officer, you will be responsible to efficiently manage invoice submissions, inquiries, and discrepancies. You will need to coordinate with stakeholders to enhance invoicing accuracy, cylinder reconciliation, and customer interactions. Besides, you will contribute to process improvements, system optimization, and successful project implementation

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Handle customers\' invoice submission needs, ensuring accurate and timely submission of invoices, debit notes, and credit notes based on individual requirements.
  • Respond to customer enquiries and requests relating to invoices, resolving invoice discrepancies efficiently to contribute to our collection targets.
  • Consolidate customer cylinder holdings, perform reconciliation against stock count results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adjust holdings or bill for lost cylinders.
  • Assist with diverse tasks including managing e-mail addresses for electronic statements, participating in projects, providing system support, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Be ready to contribute beyond your role, taking on relevant tasks such as System UAT and other duties as needed.
Are you a MATCH?

O\xe2\x80\x99 Level & above, with a minimum of one year experience, preferably in a service-oriented work environment.
