Job Description
BizInteract Service Specialist for Client’s Commercial Service Centre
(3 - 6 Months Contract)
Working Location: Raffles Place
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound calls to customers to verify that they have received the sms from client to activate/reprovision their digital token. (due to recent phishing saga, this is the added intervention requirement)
When you join us as a Service Specialist, you will be professionally trained to build your knowledge in business banking products and services.
- You are responsible in providing prompt support to our corporate customers, ranging from small medium enterprises (SMEs) to large corporates
- You are required to handle outbound calls on Corporate Internet Banking enquiries.
A good start if you are exploring a banking career as this position allows you to gain and in-depth knowledge of back office processes through working on complex customer issues and with the different stakeholders in the Bank.
Qualifications
- You should preferably have a Diploma / equivalent.
- Experience in a Contact Centre, Banking or Customer Service environment will be advantageous
- Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply
- A strong service mindset and ability to take ownership to deliver excellent service at all times is essential
