Job Description

ZEN'YU is an Authorized Distributor for a number of premium sports, medical and lifestyle products sourced from US, UK, Europe, Australasia and South Africa. ZEN'YU distribute its products through retail pharmacy chain stores, departmental stores, and a network of medical & sports resellers.

It operates its flagship store ACTIV360 by ZEN'YU at #02-04 Orion@Paya Lebar. It has its own online store (www.360activ.com) and participate in marketplaces such as Redmart, LazMall, ShopeeMall, NTUC Online, Amazon etc.

Responsibilities: -
  • Liaising and coordinating with customers on orders.
  • Promptly responding to customer queries via email, live chat, video, phone, and social media channels.
  • Escalating serious complaints or issues.
  • Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing/receiving.
  • Order processing.
  • Work closely with E Commerce teams.
  • Consolidate all monthly sales, online, offline reports
Qualifications: -
  • Diploma in any fields.
  • Have good customer service & communication skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
