The Opportunity:
- Our Client, MNC Test & Measurement Company
- Location: Clementi, Singapore
- Gross Salary: Up to $3500 (Based on experience)
- Completion Bonus!
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM to 5:45 PM
- Open Service RMA/IRMA for incoming jobs.
- Follow up and respond to customer inquiries.
- Monitor and follow up on the status of overseas work.
- Raise purchase orders for service parts and third-party services.
- Solving customer and logistics issues
- Diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems is an advantage
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Effective in handling customer inquiries and coordinating across departments
- Time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
