Job Scope

• Manage Full Set of I/E, LC, and Banking Documents: Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of all import/export, Letter of Credit (LC), and banking documents.
• Prepare Shipping Documents: Generate a comprehensive range of shipping documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Wood Declaration, Marine Insurance, Form 6, Form 9, Annex 7, etc., ensuring timely completion.
• Coordinate Shipments: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and forwarding agents to guarantee smooth and timely delivery of cargo.
• Communicate with Shipping Lines: Work directly with shipping lines for draft Bill of Lading (BL), amendments, and master BL security printing.
• Pricing for Hedge Contracts: Calculate pricing for hedge contracts to ensure accurate invoicing.
• Document Verification: Review all documents to ensure compliance with Sales terms, LC terms, and customer requirements.
• Monitor Payments: Follow up on deposits and LC issuance to ensure payments are received before shipment.
• Transfer of Goods Title: Ensure the title of goods is transferred when appropriate, based on payment terms.
• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and requests regarding documentation and operational matters promptly and accurately, providing excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with traders and fixation teams to meet customer needs and promptly resolve any issues.
• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle any additional tasks assigned by the team leader.

Requirements

• Diploma or Higher Nitec with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics-related role.
• Relevant certifications and formal education in logistics or a related field
