Job Description
Our client is a prominent industrial equipment distributor headquarted in the US. They are known to be the preferred go-to partner for numerous top firms - spanning across industries, sizes, and purposes as the ideal supply chain partner.
The team is looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for order fulfilment, stakeholder management and overall operations.
Location: Pandan Crescent (Nearest MRT: Clementi)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + Quartely Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Assist to receive all customer enquiries and details.
- Order processing and generate invoices/delivery orders.
- To be the main point of contact for both internal and external customers/suppliers/logistics companies.
- Ensure system information are updated and assist to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Good knowledge of order processing procedures.
- Independent, collaborative, with good service mindset.
