Job Description


  • Permanent position
  • Well-spoken in English & Mandarin (to liaise with Chinese counterparts)
  • With min 1 year of working experience in concierge/ hospitality/ customer servicing or front-facing functions
  • Candidates with Automotive industry experience added advantage
  • Working Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9.30 am - 7 pm; Sunday: 9.30 am - 6 pm (5 days work week) - 2 days off on weekdays
Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming customers upon entrance
  • Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
  • Understanding customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisor
  • Answer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect calls
  • Generate showroom reports and maintain leads database
  • Provide support to marketing activities and events
  • Ensure the showroom is in pristine condition
  • Any other tasks assigned by the superior
  • Respond to complaints and find the appropriate solution
RequirementsRequirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassador
  • Candidates with Automotive industry experience added advantage
  • Basic MS Office/ Salesforce is a bonus
