-To follow up with customers enquiries, matters via Emails, Whatsapp & Phone calls.
-To prepare quotations, send greetings and updates cars details to customers.
-To be able to listen and understand customers' situation well in order to provide good solution.
-To develop good rapport and respond fast to customer needs.
-To understand and resolve any feedback from the customers.
-To build honesty and trust relationships with customers.
-To follow-up closely and secure daily appointments with customers.
-To help in administrative duties such as photocopying and filing when necessary.
-To provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
-Proficient with Microsoft Office.
-No experience required, Company training will be provided.
-Friendly, honest, open minded, responsible and positive attitude.
-Excellent communication skills.
-A self-motivated individual & teamwork.
-Diligent and meticulous individual.
