• Position Title: Customer Service Supervisor/ Customer Service Manager
• Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from Tuas area MRT)
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5 pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus + Medical Insurance
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the customer service team and manage the customer service department.
• Ensure that orders are arranged and fulfilled on time in full.
• Ensure stocks are available and replenished accordingly by managing customers’ offtakes and orders
• Coordinate and handles ship management and daily operation/schedule with the customer service, operation and logistics team
• Ensure timely preparation of customers’ invoicing, credit/debit notes, BOM for production, maintain customer profile & master data, cost prices, selling prices etc
• Ensure OTIF and customer satisfaction
• Ensure month-end closing schedules are met
• Ready as a primary customer and operation point of contact (likely for both evening and weekend) to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders and shipment
• Work as a team with customer service, production and logistics team to ensure that the customer's service level is met
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• At least Diploma with 3 years of experience in customer service role
• Minimum 3 years experience in the chemical & marine industry will be an advantage
• Knowledge of shipping & documentation, incoterms, bank payment terms, etc.
• Knowledge of Portnet, Marine Net, SSN, DSA Jurong Port, PSA Contractor Permit and PSA procedure will be a plus.
