Are you up for the challenging next step in your career? Stolthaven\'s Customer Service department is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who will oversee the updating and communication of customer and initial move as, in accordance with the policies and procedures of SHVN and supports the efforts of the Operation and Commercial Manager in their commercial roles. In addition, ensures that all activities by the team are consistently executed within SHVN\'s existing Quality Management System (ISO9001: 2015), while remaining customer centric focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the division of work to the C.S. Representatives. As well as, manage, monitor and improve the performance of the Customer Service Representatives and develop processes within the team that improve customer satisfaction, customer relationships and business execution accuracy.
• Lead Customer Operational Review Meeting and conduct Customer Satisfaction survey on a routine basis.
• Actively participates in the order acceptance process and communicates with the Operation, Asset Management and SHEQ in a timely and accurate manner.
• Develop, maintain, and adapt SLA\'s, internal and external, to proactively manage business issues to improve Customer Service and overall business performance.
• Actively participate in the gathering and distribution of market intelligence from outside sources (no competition contact) to the commercial team.
• Actively participate and contribute to team meetings, identifying and communicating potential process improvements to the Operations, Commercial, Finance and General Management. Also assist in the preparation of weekly/monthly reporting.
• Ensures that all customer complaints are handled a timely and professional manner.
• Responsible to respond to SHVN\'s global inquiries on a timely basis, suggesting, when possible, solutions generating an improved service, cost or quality result for SHVN and its customers.
• Accompany Commercial on customer visits as required. Assist the General Manager with projects / Data analytics / Report as they may arise.

Qualifications

• Possess a Degree in any discipline.
• Strong knowledge of forwarding and shipping industry will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years\' experience in chemical or logistics industry, with chemical terminal(s) experience preferred.
• Experienced with Order to Cash fulfilment process and improvement.
• Proven record of achievement in leading and managing a team, in a multi-channel customer services environment.
• Experienced in support for rolling out on customer service standard core systems and processes.
• Experienced in inter-departmental coordinated approach in resolving issues.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to effectively manage personnel and delegate tasks to a diverse staff.
• Strong international experience and awareness of cultures.
• Organized and able to prioritize and set goals.
• 5- day work week with the need to do perform standby for 24hrs call when required.
• Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
