Job Description


Customer Service Support Executive Basic up to $2,700 Location: Changi Airport Responsibilities

  • Ensure daily sales orders are accurate
  • Provide support to product, billing, and technical escalation from customers
  • Prepare operation reports
  • Build good relationship with stakeholders
  • Other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE \xe2\x80\x98O\xe2\x80\x99 level and above
  • Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in customer service/telco, an added advantage
  • Must be able to work shift, work shift work (9am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm / 11.30pm \xe2\x80\x93 9pm), public holidays and weekends
  • Good communication skills
  • Comfortable to work in fast paced environment
