Job responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service support for trade finance products and services.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to trade finance transactions.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely processing of trade finance documents.
Assist in the preparation and verification of trade finance documentation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting trade finance.
Job requirements:
Minimum of 1 years experience in customer service within the trade finance sector or banking.
Strong understanding of trade finance products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and trade finance software applications.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM
