Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day operational tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
Handle and follow up on customer orders promptly and accurately.
Communicate and coordinate effectively with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Customer service-oriented with a pleasant and polite personality.
Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
A good team player with effective communication skills.
Able to work on a rotational or weekend shift.
Honest, responsible, and dependable.
Capable of multitasking and managing priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus, as the role requires communication with Chinese-speaking clients.
