Job Description


  • Position : Customer Service - Up to $2,700 - Changi South
  • Location : Changi South
  • Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,700 + Performance Bonus + AWS + Medical Benefits + 10 Days AL
  • Duration : Perm

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
  • Assist Operation Manager with paper work related to Orders from Customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries via email/phone
  • Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/deliveries
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
  • Minimum N Level Qualifications
  • Previous related experience customer service roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
