Job Description
- Position : Customer Service - Up to $2,700 - Changi South
- Location : Changi South
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2,700 + Performance Bonus + AWS + Medical Benefits + 10 Days AL
- Duration : Perm
- Industry : Logistics
- Responsible for generating and sending all customer quotes.
- Assist Operation Manager with paper work related to Orders from Customers.
- Handle customer enquiries via email/phone
- Coordinate/ Liaise closely with warehouse departments & external parties to ensure timely response/deliveries
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum N Level Qualifications
- Previous related experience customer service roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
