Position : Customer Service - Up to $3,000 - Kaki Bukit

Location : Changi Business Park

Working hours : 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,000 + AWS + 14 Days Annual Leave (Every Year Additional 1 Day Annual Leave) + Mobile Claim

Duration : Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer\'s enquiries
• Processing customers\' orders
• Delivery push out/pull in/cancellation management
• Managing key customer\'s forecast against incoming orders and inventory
• Packing and arranging deliveries for customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous related experience in customer service roles
• Physically fit to carry and pack goods
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
