Customer Services Assistant / 5 Days / Changi / No EXP are welcome
The Customer Services Assistant is on the front line and provides passengers with excellent service at departures, arrival, check-in, lounge, boarding gate, transfer desks and special handling.
5 Days, Rotating Shifts (8 Hrs)
Islandwide Transport between 12am - 6am
Shift allowance + Discounted flight tickets
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth handling of customer at boarding gate and check-in prior their flights
- Handling of departure procedure inline with various airline's Standard Operations Procedure
- Be knowledgeable with the travel regulations and process passenger accordingly
- Assist in ad hoc coordination duties
Requirement:
- Customer service experience preferred
- Training will be provided
