We are partnering with a leading organisation in the trading and distribution industry to hire a
Customer Service Executive
who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences and supporting smooth order fulfilment processes.

Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service support via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Manage customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues when necessary for timely resolution.
Handle end-to-end
sales order management
, including stock allocation and delivery arrangements.
Build and maintain close communication with customers through regular meetings and follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and issue resolution.
Support
problem-solving initiatives
and provide value-added service to customers.
Extract and compile data for monthly reporting and analysis.
Recommend and promote new products to existing customers to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
Perform other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements
Minimum
Diploma
in any field.
2-3 years of experience
in order processing, delivery coordination, and customer relationship management.
Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in managing customer enquiries and claims via email and phone.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, simple formulas).
Experience with
SAP
is an advantage.
Able to start work on
short notice
will be an added advantage.
