Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries
Assist clients with onboarding, product use and issue resolution
Track and maintain client records and feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare follow-up summaries and reports
Contribute ideas to improve client engagement and retention
Requirements
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications or related fields
Friendly, client-focused and professional
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite; CRM knowledge is a plus
