Conduct analysis on current business processes and requirements and develop technical solutions to meet clients need.
Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
Liaise closely with developers to design, configure and test the enhancements made.
Liaise closely with other partners in project post-implementation support, implementation, and application testing.
For cases that can be resolved at the project level, modify the code to address the support issues and deploy them in production.
Plan and coordinate end-user trainings for any system implementation or enhancements.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Tests and carry out bug fixes.
Provide on-going application support and be involved in various stages of the project cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (often in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field) or equivalent experience.
1-3 years experience in customer-facing roles (customer success, account management, support etc).
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers/accounts simultaneously.
Organization, time-management, problem-solving skills.
