About the Role



We're looking for a proactive and people-oriented

Customer Success Executive

to join our Singapore team. In this role, you'll build strong client relationships, ensure smooth onboarding and provide continuous support to help clients get the most out of our services.

What you'll be doing



Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a positive start Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively Track and monitor client satisfaction, gathering feedback for improvement Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our systems Assist in organising client engagement initiatives or events

What we're looking for



Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude Comfortable working with CRM tools and office software Prior experience in client servicing or account management is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
