What you'll be doing
Guide new clients through onboarding and ensure a positive start
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
Track and monitor client satisfaction, gathering feedback for improvement
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in our systems
Assist in organising client engagement initiatives or events
What we're looking for
Local Polytechnic Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Customer-focused, with a positive and professional attitude
Comfortable working with CRM tools and office software
Prior experience in client servicing or account management is a plus
