A Shape and pursue major transformation initiatives that integrate the company's digital, data, and technology capabilities into client operations.
A Oversee multi-region consulting engagements to ensure high standards of project execution, client satisfaction, and financial performance.
A Establish and scale consistent delivery frameworks, methodologies, and governance practices across all consulting efforts.
A Champion operational improvements and foster a unified, high-performance culture within the consulting organization.
A Build, mentor, and retain a world-class consulting team, emphasizing leadership development, skills enhancement, and knowledge sharing.
A Strengthen collaboration with internal product, engineering, and data teams to provide end-to-end maritime solutions that meet evolving market needs.



Requirements
Requirements:
A 15+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or project or program delivery within the maritime, logistics, or transportation domain.
A Demonstrated experience leading and scaling large consulting practices or teams at a regional or global level.
A Strong knowledge of maritime operations, fleet management, digital technologies, sustainability topics, and industry regulations such as IMO and ESG.
A Proven ability to generate business growth and lead complex client transformation programs from strategy through execution.
A Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
