The Customer Success Manager is responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with customers in Asia to drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction with our solutions.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a

Customer Success Manager

, you will:

Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with customer account stakeholders. Design and implement customer success plans tailored to each customer's specific goals and objectives. Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time to value (TTV). Analyze customer usage patterns to identify adoption barriers and develop strategies to increase product engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to manage renewals and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals.

Bachelor's Degree in preferably Law or Business (and equivalent) Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience Interest in learning about new technology and software - we offer a suite of cutting-edge A.I.-based software products; Positive attitude and problem-solving skills; Ability to work on cross-functional teams and to contribute to broader outcomes-particularly ones focused on positive customer experiences.
