Role: Customer Success Manager (Virtual Customers & Clients)

As a Customer Success Manager at Counto, you'll wear multiple hats and play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for our Virtual and other clients. Troubleshoot and triage customer issues, proposing creative and practical solutions. Coordinate customer deliverables with the operations team. Collaborate with accounting and product teams to improve and enhance product features based on customer needs.
