A Customer Success Manager job has become available at one of the world\'s largest education publishers. The firm is massively expanding in the region and is presently seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the commercial team. About the Customer Success Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Solutions, you will drive key partner programmes and initiatives aimed at generating additional revenue across key customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and implement customer success programmes for key accounts across the region
  • Work with Head of Customer Solutions to drive and implement an overall customer success strategy including developing the reach of partners across APAC
  • Manage and guide a team of two in Singapore and Malaysia
  • Work with operations and product teams on onboarding and navigating products across multiple verticals
  • Drive the adoption and usage of products through customer success initiatives
  • Work with sales and account management teams to drive the overall revenue for key customers
The successful candidate has strong customer success experience, preferably from within the publishing or SAAS space. Key Requirements:
  • Degree in business
  • At least four years of partner/customer success experience across publishing or SAAS industries
  • Strong analytical skills and is comfortable with connecting and working with internal stakeholders
  • Commercial individual who has an ability to identify sales opportunities
