Smart Touch is a strategic engagement model deployed by Imperva to drive successful adoption in Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts at scale. In this fast paced role, you will be tasked with managing a pool of accounts with the goal of increasing product adoption and customer satisfaction via periodic touch points and trigger based engagements.
