We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (Vietnamese Speaking)
The role will start out as a contract
Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred
The Talent
10 years\' direct experience of consultative solution selling / digital customer success in the online advertising or marketing technology industry or equivalent
Experience working with / managing strategic business partners & clients
Demonstrated experience to operate at scale across multiple teams and initiatives
Experience of analyzing complex business problems and presenting technology solutions for these at multiple levels from C-level through to functional managers
Exceptional execution/project management experience and quantitative/analytical skills
Understanding / familiarity working with technical integrations such as API
Native Fluency in Vietnamese Language
Partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate product revenue growth for our enterprise clients, enable technological capabilities and accelerate solution adoption.
Support enterprise clients integration to Business Partners\' solution including project management, client stakeholder management, identifying and advising technical requirements & optimisations.
Assist clients navigate operational changes and facilitate additional vendor integration into the solution.
Conduct ongoing analysis on set-up of partner solution and ads to improve performance and optimize towards desired business outcomes.
Work as part of a core product taskforce and navigate multiple internal XFN stakeholders to ensure alignment and help further the sales engagements.
Report on progress, communicate internally and externally, identifying and highlighting opportunities for improvement and growth.
