Customer Support agent

Singapore | working from home up to 60% | Reference 5812

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be in a central position to significantly influence the service experience of our customers worldwide.Together with your local and global colleagues, you ensure that our customers receive high-quality, competent, timely support and communication regarding our data, products, and services.

What You Will Do

  • support and manage the operational relationships with our customers
  • as part of our global support framework, you will provide high quality and timely responses to our customer requests, ensuring continuity in our 24/5 request handling
  • be the first contact point in handling data, product and technical related issue including troubleshooting, as well as providing training sessions on various SIX products
  • conduct root cause analysis on customer issues, detect patterns to problems and identify solutions to areas for improvement, across teams and locations
  • involve in Customer Support global initiatives and process improvements
What You Bring
  • high degree of customer centricity and empathy, ability to build relationships with various stakeholders, excellent communication, presentation and listening skills, team player with a positive attitude
  • quick comprehension, technical flair and resilience, with the ability to keep the overview in hectic phases, as well an affinity to technical set ups and delivery channels
  • understanding of various financial data asset classes and enthusiasm to continuously learn about financial markets, regulations as well as about our SIX products and services
  • candidate with 2 to 3 years of working experience or fresh graduate with a degree in business, finance or related domains
  • very good knowledge of English spoken and written, additional languages are a plus
