Responsibilities of Customer Support (Community Engagement):

B2C Sales:

• Be a professional advisor to educate customers and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver delightful customer experience and after-sales follow-up.
• Motivated and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Conduct interactive style workshops for children and adults.

Operations Support:

• Support and assist in the fulfillment of sales order.
• Building of terrarium.
• Packing of e-commerce orders.
• Transferring of plants.
• Ensuring inventories are in place.

With the Gene Re-expression Biotech breakthrough, we have solved a decade-long problem, leading to various features by CNA, Science Centre, and even the Youth Council! Our product line comprises a variety of attractive carnivorous plants systems and educational programs customised for adults and children of all ages.

Multiple managerial roles are required to be filled and training will be provided for employees to rise to these positions!

About the Team
Our team plays a critical role in educating the public about the sciences in growing carnivorous plants. We have established various partnerships with Primary School and Pre-schools by providing educational programs customised to their needs. Much of our time and effort is spent innovating new technology in our products and services for our valued customers.
