Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive timely and professional assistance.

Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Process translation orders and manage client accounts Coordinate with translators to ensure timely delivery of projects Provide quotations and follow up on potential clients Maintain customer records and update internal databases Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary Assist with administrative tasks as required

Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, or related field 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in a service-oriented industry) Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in a second language is a plus Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
