What we Seek
- Providing WhatsApp Support to clients in a timely manner
- Assisting clients on their delivery orders
- Monitoring the delivery orders for our clients
- Resolve delivery issues faced by customer
- Great customer service, Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients
- Self -starter and responsible
- Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients
- 4 day work week (3 weekdays, 1 weekend)
- Must be able to work 2 morning shifts (10AM to 6pm) and 2 afternoon shifts (5pm to 10pm)
