Job Scope * Manage and assist in responding to incoming queries

  • Sharing new promotions and packages with new and existing clients
  • Troubleshooting customer\'s inquiries
  • Educating new and existing clients on particular services
  • Handling simple administrative duties and record keeping
Requirements * Completed tertiary education
  • Past experience in customer support
  • Speaks fluent English
  • Independent and fast learner
  • Outgoing and very comfortable verbal communications over calls
Advantageous * Education based on Business Management, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Strong Mother Tongue Proficiency
  • Strong experience in sales and deep understanding of sales funnel and processes
  • Several past experiences in B2B or B2C Sales
  • Familiarity with the home services market
