Job scope
Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure smooth daily operations, timely order processing, and adherence to SOPs and company policies.
Handle escalated customer issues professionally while driving service recovery and continuous service improvement through feedback analysis.
Oversee manpower planning including team scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation, especially during peak periods or staff shortages.
Coach and develop team members through on-the-job training, performance evaluations, and regular feedback to support growth and productivity.
Prepare and review operational reports (manpower, attendance, performance) and support management with ad-hoc tasks when required.
