Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner
Provide accurate product/service information, resolve issues, and follow up as needed
Record and track customer interactions using internal systems or CRM tools
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments and follow through to resolution
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, offering solutions to improve satisfaction
Assist in updating FAQs, help guides, and customer service scripts
* Support order processing, returns, exchanges, or troubleshooting as needed
