Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Answering questions and providing information to customers
  • Reply customer email in a professional manner
  • Handle multiple incoming and outgoing calls
  • Assist to download, install and uninstall application on smart TV operation and mobile phone



Requirements:


  • Possess minimum 1 year of working experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
  • Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Comfortable and able to deal with difficult customers
  • Flexible and willing to work on weekends, Public Holidays & rotating shifts
