to the jobOur sector Customer Support (CS) takes responsibility for the installation, qualification, maintenance and continuous improvement of our systems at customer location. Its mission is to deliver best-in-class customer satisfaction. Due to recent technology advancement seeking to augment our team with highly motivated and committed Engineers to work closely with - and be the interface between - our customers and engineers in ASML worldwide competency centers.CS Site Manager drives the overall process and strategy for ASML customers to be successful in their fabs and represent the voice of the customer to ensure alignment with all stakeholder throughout the company. Leads a clearly defined CS department or customer site. Site specific: accountable for all ASML operations at customer site(s) and customer satisfaction of the customer. Owns the ASML installed base and the ASML operational performance at that customer site.Role and responsibilitiesSite Manager for India

  • Lead a team of engineers
  • Resources, budget and activities planning for the site
  • Drive skill and knowledge management for your teams
  • Drive continuous improvement of people and processes
  • Manage operational interface with other departments
  • Contribute to CS long term strategy
  • Align with key stakeholders inside and outside CS
  • Drive required changes to people, process and organization
  • Align on CS deliverables to the AT and CS requirements from the AT
Education and experience- Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Mechanical Engineering

  • Able to analyze working methods (processes), define and drive improvements
  • Strong communicator in English (both oral and written).

  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
