Working Hours:



Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM (once every 3 months)

Job Responsibilities:



Handle Consolidation (Consol) and Taobao shipments Coordinate with consignees and overseas agents via phone, email, and messaging platforms Track and monitor shipment status to ensure timely delivery Prepare and manage essential shipping documents such as:

Bill of Lading (BL)


Airway Bill


Customs forms
Ensure a smooth and compliant shipping process from start to finish

Job Requirements:



Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and for handling Mandarin documentation
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or shipping operations Friendly personality with good communication skills Detail-oriented and organized; able to manage multiple shipments effectively
