Mission

As our Customer Happiness Country Launcher you are an exceptional member of the team who will support and manage the launch of a new country on behalf of a client.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Support the Head of CX Project Management via designated holistic diagnosis & number crunching - customer feedback, personalized messaging/experience
  • Monitor and analyzing results from web analytics tools and recommend optimizations when needed
  • Diagnose churn and NPS across various markets, giving data-backed recommendations on how to improve both across multiple countries
  • Balance attention to detail with the need to answer questions quickly
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements and qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in a data-driven role
  • Strong analytical / problem-solving skills and data-driven thinking to identify patterns that will give actionable business insights.
  • Can synthesize and effectively communicate thinking to get people onboard and inspire action
  • Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong initiative
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Prior Experience in using Tableau, SQLis a strong bonus
  • Proficiency in English is important given stakeholders comes from diverse background
