Summary: He/she is experienced in the full spectrum of digital marketing ; managing across touchpoints of Social, Content Marketing, CRM, Dotcom/web and SEO in both owned, and paid platforms. He/she specifically experienced in-depth Social ad platform operation in terms of data analytics, strategic planning and media buying operation in Facebook Ad, Tik Tok Ad and other social ad platforms. He/she must have a deep understanding of using data and analytics to drive acquisition and engagement across the consumer journey. - Analyse Social Ad platform (Facebook ad, TikTok ad) campaign execution data and generate the i-sight to drive the right business objective (Awareness, Engagement, Conversion, Retention)
- Build up the framework of Social ad platform as KPD (Key Performance Driver) based on the full understanding of Social ad platform
- Build the Social Ad campaign strategy along the product launch cycle to drive the maximized conversion by orchestrating consumer journey
- Lead the social ad platform operation consultation to the client to help them to achieve business objective
- Guide the local to manage Social ad media buying by auditing the campaign structure in ad account
- Provide the full structure of data analytics by utilizing social ad platform reporting
- Social ad conversion analysis based on multiple attribution profile to identify higher conversion propensity audience and find out the opportunity to optimize the marketing action in acquiring the traffic through Social ad platform
- In-depth analysis to analyze the pattern of targeting (audience & placement) and type of creative message to create better conversion through the funnel
- Build the dotcom visitor's re-targeting strategy based on visit pattern through digital media tag (Google UTM Tag & Facebook Pixel) to grow digital media efficiency
- Any other ad-hoc duties assignedRequirements- At least 8-10 years of digital experience in the advertising industry with minimum 4 years of hands on experience of Social Ad operation by controlling the budget
- Full knowledge of ad platform in Facebook Ad and Tiktok Ad, and other social Ad
- Data analytics capability to analyse the campaign execution data and come up with actionable insight by using Social ad report
- Strategic planning capability to build the marketing strategy
- Client consultation capability to deal with client communication in providing marketing solution

- Hands on experience of Digital media (Google Search & Display, Facebook AD) from campaign planning / execution / performance analytics

- Timeline & Resource management - Mange the resource to deliver the output along to the timeline
- Client communication & expectation management - Deal with client expectation with proper communication level
- AD tech knowledge on DMP/DSP
- Web analytics experience (Adobe analytics or Google analytics) to utilize as target customer profiling will be plus
