Job Description
Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance of all Marine Parade Town Councils (MPTC) IT policies, standards and procedures with Ministry of National Development (MND) * Handle any MPTC IT policy procedures and standards related questions from staff Responsibilities: Ensure compliance of all Marine Parade Town Councils (MPTC) IT policies, standards and procedures with Ministry of National Development (MND) Handle any MPTC IT policy procedures and standards related questions from staff covered by the policies Review all MPTC IT policy procedures and standards on a regular basis Respond promptly to MPTC IT service issues and requests Arrange IT security/cyber trainings and awareness to MPTC staff Responsible to ensure compliance of PDPA Provide data protection and handle MPTC staff training and awareness to staff Work with other staff when required to ensure any publicity initiative abide by data protection principles Handle data protection related questions from staff and anyone else covered by the data protection policy Provide administrative support to the MPTC IT department Requirements: Minimum Diploma in relevant fields
