Find out more: Cyber Security Operations and Support Engineer (Maintenance) : Provide support for the IT security infrastructure components like firewalls, intrusion prevention/detection systems, end-point protection system, SIEM etc. Manage fault rectification process, and troubleshoot hardware and software technical problems using a range of diagnostic utility tools Work closely with product vendor to ensure customer infrastructure is in good condition Manage patching process and maintain the IT security components, e.g. monitor, evaluate, test, and apply critical patches to operating systems, applications, etc. Perform periodic preventive maintenance to relevant equipment Willing to be on 24x7 standby Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, IT Security, or Computer Science Basic knowledge in Unix and Linux is preferred Basic knowledge of virtualisation, end-point security, network security and SIEM is preferred Good troubleshooting and problem solving skill Relevant work experience (1 to 3 years) in IT security is preferred Certification in Information Technology Security field has an advantage
