The Cybersecurity Architect is responsible for designing, reviewing and implementing security measures to protect StarHub\xe2\x80\x99s telecommunication networks, systems, and data from potential threats. He/She works closely with various stakeholders to ensure that security solutions are integrated into all aspects of technology operations, to meet all security compliances and requirements.
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain holistic network security architecture strategies, standards, and guidelines for the company
Design, review and implement security solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities
Review and approve security-related designs, systems, and processes
Create, review and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for the company
Collaborate with network/ security/ IT stakeholders to ensure security solutions are integrated into all aspects of technology operations
Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and recommend risks mitigating measures in the company\xe2\x80\x99s networks and systems
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, standards, and technologies to ensure the company\'s security posture is always current and relevant
Develop and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence and lobby security mindset to ensure support and compliance on security requirements and strategies
Qualifications
Appropriate qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or equivalent
At least 15 years of experiences in security architecture, information security, and/or cybersecurity in an operations-critical large scale network environment
Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, and CIS hardening guidelines, implemented and operated a cybersecurity programme based on these frameworks
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulatory framework for critical information infrastructure in Singapore
Experiences in designing and implementing security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies
Strong knowledge of security tools, technologies and services, such as SIEM, SOAR, SASE, WAF and Nessus.
Strong knowledge of technical vulnerability management and hardening techniques to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities in network, systems and applications
Audit experiences, including experiences to conduct and manage security audits and assessments
Strong communication, leadership and project management skills
Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP and CISA, are preferred
