Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Consultant / Technical Liaison will act as a strategic partner to the customer, providing both technical and operational support in cybersecurity governance, technology validation, and account management. The role demands strong experience in bid management, stakeholder coordination (particularly with government clients), and technical expertise in Threat & Vulnerability Management (TVM), Identity Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Data Security.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance & Account Management

Support the customer in managing ongoing cybersecurity initiatives and operational projects.


Oversee bid management and account operations, ensuring alignment with client and government compliance standards.


Interface directly with government agencies and key accounts to ensure timely project execution and service delivery.

Technical Expertise

Provide domain expertise in

Contribute to the design, review, and enhancement of cybersecurity processes, controls, and documentation.


Support vulnerability assessments, risk remediation plans, and security audits as needed.

Liaison and Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison between the customer for coordination of

white-listing services

, technical support, and collaboration requests.


Facilitate effective communication and escalation management between all stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.

Reporting and Governance

Prepare periodic reports and updates on security posture, project progress, and key risk indicators.


Participate in governance meetings, reviews, and improvement planning sessions.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles with proven expertise in TVM, IAM, GRC, and Data Security domains. Prior experience working with

government agencies or regulated industries

is highly desirable. Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, or related cybersecurity frameworks. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

CISSP, CISM, or CRISC CompTIA Security+, CEH, or equivalent * ITIL or PMP certification (advantageous)
