Please visit our official website to get it further: www.mtscloud.com On-Site Analysts Diploma/ Degree in IT, Computing or relevant discipline Knowledge and understanding on MS Active Directory, Access Control Lists, Role Based Access Controls and MS SQL Meticulous and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication Basic understanding of the SDLC process Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) areas (preferred) such as: Access Certification Provisioning/De- Provisioning of access Application On-boarding Privileged Access Management Multi-factor authentication Experience in any of the Privileged Identity Management tools (optional but preferred) Scope of Service/Work To ensure that all user and system access provisioning and de-provisioning requests are completed according to system rules and policies defined by Company. Such request can include MS SQL and Oracle Database accounts management and Privilege Access Account Management (PAM) To generate reports on IAM and service requests such as monthly reporting on number of tickets requested and completed by the team. To administer quiz mandated by the Company's IT Risks and Security policy which include triggering of quiz and tracking the completion of the tests and results. To coordinate corporate-wide IAM review exercise mandated by the Company's IT Risks and Security policy which include triggering of review and tracking the completion of the exercise. To perform set up and maintain Application/Business roles and entitlements that are used to manage user access rights in the IAM platform. Analyst is required to work with Company's IT support and project teams on this. To perform UAT on project/system enhancements that are in the scope of IAM. To maintain and update Company's procedures, control policy and process documentation related to IAM using Company's document templates. To assist in investigation of security breaches and issues related to IAM which can include: Escalation to the relevant Company's personnel for further investigation Escalation to Company's management Contact business user for clarification Work with IT system and/or application custodian/owner 9. To perform escalation of suspicious security incident after verification with a Senior IAM analyst. 10. To ensure that user access rights provisioning and de-provisioning triggered by staff movements are completed within the SLA. To use Company's platforms for fulfilment of requests and generation of reports.
