Position Specification

Job title: Cybersecurity Manager (IAM)
Reporting line: Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Security and GRC.
This role will be based in: Singapore
Position summary: This role requires both broad and deep technology and information security industry knowledge, ability to design and architect cybersecurity solutions on Microsoft and SAP platform. Deep understanding of knowledge experience across the Microsoft and SAP suite of security technologies and solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage with company solution Owner and Enterprise Architecture Review Board on discussions related to agility, business value and end-to-end information technology security is a must. He/she will manage, lead and engage the complete life-cycle for large cybersecurity projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides advanced architecture and engineering support to automate and administer identity and compliance requirements into all enterprise information systems.
  • Drives planning and execution of identity management roadmaps and technology enhancements.
  • Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to identity processes, procedure, and infrastructure.
  • Assesses current applications and architecture to ensure current implementations align with industry guidelines, best practices, and management approved standards.
  • Architect and plan for implementation in the most secure manners with least disruption.
  • Develops enterprise-wide architecture and processes to embed the strategic application of change in the management of the organisation.
  • Leads the creation and review of a systems capability strategy that meets the strategic requirements of the business. Ensures the buy-in of all key stakeholders.
  • Captures and prioritises market and environmental trends, business strategies and objectives, and identifies the business benefits of alternative strategies. Develops and presents business cases for approval, funding and prioritisation of high-level initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have (education & experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree relevant to Information Technology, Computer science/Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Deep domain knowledge, ideally with experience with global exposure and strong understanding knowledge of cloud computing.
  • Track record of delivering quality solutions as a technical leader.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM.
  • At least 8 years of experience in designing, implementing and administrating identity solutions with dedicated identity administration and governance experience.
  • Experience in developing scope and sizing solutions for a project.
  • Proven knowledge of identity technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Single-Sign On (SSO), Federated Identities), frameworks and the deployment of various identity models.
  • IAM product certifications such as CyberArk, SailPoint, SAP Access Control or others.
  • Microsoft certifications is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered:
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
    • Microsoft Certified: Azure for SAP Workloads Specialty
    • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
    • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals

Technical Skills & Knowledge:
  • Technical and architectural expertise on IAM product certifications such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Microsoft IAM, SAP Access Control or others.
  • Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud and Workload Security configurations and practices.
  • Knowledge of general security solutions, services, or products such as SIEM, Firewall, CASB and etc.
