About the Company:
Our client is the largest network infrastructure provider in Asia. As part of the company's expansion plan in the region, they are looking to hire for a Cybersecurity Manager based in Singapore.
You will take charge of our enterprise-wide security strategy and operations. You'll lead a capable team covering governance, risk & compliance (GRC), threat & vulnerability management, and security operations, working closely with infrastructure, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive cyber resilience.
You'll be a key member of the technology leadership team, helping shape a secure and scalable environment that supports business growth.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the Cybersecurity function, managing a team of Cybersecurity specialists
• Define and execute security strategy across cloud, infrastructure, and application layers
• Build and enforce security policies, incident response plans, and compliance controls (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST)
• Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to embed security by design
• Oversee audits, risk assessments, and drive remediation across the business
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies to continually improve our cyber posture

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent with at least 10 years of hands-on experience in Cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in team leadership
• Hands-on experience with hybrid environments (Cloud + On-prem)
• Strong grasp of GRC, Incident Response, Identity Access Management, and Vulnerability Management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with regulatory environments in Southeast Asia is a plus
• Experience in Cybersecurity Originators, Network Infrastructure or Telecommunications industry will be preferred
