to join our growing team in Singapore. This role combines client relationship management with hands-on technical support and pre-sales engagement. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success and promoting solution adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Account Management:
Serve as the main technical point of contact for key customers.
Build strong client relationships and understand their cybersecurity needs.
Oversee solution deployment, integration, and adoption.
Conduct regular account reviews and deliver performance reports.
Pre-Sales Support:
Partner with sales to deliver product demonstrations, workshops, and PoCs.
Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and technical documentation.
Communicate technical value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams.
Provide customer feedback for product improvement.
Advocate for customers to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
2+ years of experience in Technical Account Management or Pre-Sales.
Strong knowledge of security domains: SIEM, SOC, EDR/XDR, IAM, Zero Trust, Cloud, and Network Security.
Familiarity with cybersecurity tools (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
