Job Description

• We are looking for a highly-qualified and experienced individual who combines both deep technical expertise and business knowledge to join our company as a Cybersecurity Technology Advisor and provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business.
• You must possess deep domain expertise in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, 5G security, and the telecommunications industry in order to become a trusted technology and business advisor, leader, and collaborator for all internal and external stakeholders.
• You will act as both a technology and business expert, providing advice and guidance to founders, corporate leaders, and subject matter experts, and help in making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.
• You will collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to define the company\xe2\x80\x99s technology vision and roadmap, drive the strategy and development of complex technology products and solutions, and influence the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall direction and growth strategy.
• You will also help to communicate the technology strategy and projects to external stakeholders such as existing and potential customers, partners, and investors, and assist in building a world-class team by identifying and \xe2\x80\x98vetting\xe2\x80\x99 key new hires.
  

• Postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or related technical area, with at least 10 years of experience in a management role.
• Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role in a tech company.
• Prior experience in launching and scaling a business, or helping others do so, is a strong plus.
• Deep technical expertise in cybersecurity, information security, network security, and 5G security, and well-versed in current and emerging technological trends.
• Extensive knowledge and solid understanding of the telecommunications industry and telco security market, including a strong awareness of the market dynamics, current and future challenges, and emerging trends.
• Big picture and strategic thinker with a strong ability to link industry trends and challenges to current and future business opportunities, including the ability to track and identify new technologies to solve complex business issues.
